What is Pomodoro?

Pomodoro is a technique that alternates your work sessions into shorter intervals of focused work periods and deliberate breaks, promoting sustained concentration and reducing mental fatigue. A Pomodoro cycle alternates four focus periods with short breaks, with a long break after the last period. Repeat this cycle until you have gotten your work done. By following the Pomodoro technique, you can find yourself procrastinating less and becoming more productive in a healthy and balanced way!
